Overview

Windmill Harbour is a 172-acre private residential community located on Jenkins Island, adjacent to the Intracoastal Waterway.  The community is made up of 348 Charleston-Style residences and offers beautiful vista views of the Intracoastal and saltwater marshes, and a 15-acre inland harbour. Windmill Harbour is also the home of the South Carolina Yacht Club (membership is optional) and a 258-slip marina and lock system. The all ages community is governed by a POA.
